Satoshi Nakagawa


Satoshi is a Pediatric Intensivist and appointed as the Division Chief, Critical Care Medicine, National Center for Child Health and Development, Tokyo, Japan. He was graduated from Tohoku University School of Medicine, Sendai, Japan, in 1984. Subsequently, he was trained in Pediatric Critical Care in Japan, Canada and the United States. He is currently the Secretary and President-Elect of World Federation of Pediatric Intensive and Critical Care Societies (WFPICCS), as well as a Council Member of Global Sepsis Alliance (GSA). His major interests in Pediatric Critical Care is Sepsis, Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Outcome Measures, Quality Control and Global Collaboration.
