Duncan Brown

Duncan is the father of Kuan Brown, who tragically passed away from undiagnosed sepsis in August 2022 at just 18 years of age.

Since then, Duncan has been focusing on healthcare environments to ensure the needs of those providing care are considered.

His research explores the role of the care environment in the quality of patient care and safety. He continues to tirelessly advocate for better sepsis awareness in Australia and around the world.
