Visiting our Website / Analytics / Cookies
You can visit and use our website without giving away your personal information. We do not use Google Analytics or other trackers. We do use cookies to provide a more personalized experience, generate statistics, and facilitate targeted website or social network advertising. Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contacts from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us, for example when you fill out the contact form. When you sign up for the congress, you agree to be contacted by email to inform you about this congress as well as future congresses. Unsubscribing from emails is possible at any time without any disadvantages by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us. For sending you emails, we use a service called CleverReach. CleverReach is completely GDPR-compliant and processes your data only for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter. Opens and clicks of the newsletter are being tracked in order to improve our service and optimize what we send to you. At any time, you can request to receive a copy of your data or have it deleted.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. At any time, information sent to this website is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon in the address of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of our website. While we use encryption to protect all your information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
