Juliet Kwadzodeh

Juliet is an Executive Nurse, nurse consultant, and healthcare quality improvement specialist with over two decades of experience advancing nursing and midwifery practice across West Africa. She currently serves as the  Executive Secretary of West African Postgraduate College of Nurses and Midwives, where she contributes to regional capacity building, policy influence, and professional development. Her work spans patient safety, digital health innovation, leadership training, and accreditation systems strengthening in diverse healthcare settings, including Ghana and Somalia. She is part of the Fellowship in Sepsis Program, and her project is concentrating on developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for measuring the Quality of Sepsis Care in Healthcare Facilities in Ghana.

Juliet is widely recognized for her thought leadership in integrating artificial intelligence and digital tools into nursing education and practice, empowering frontline professionals to deliver safer, more efficient care. As a passionate advocate for health systems transformation, she continues to drive initiatives that enhance quality, strengthen workforce competencies, and position nurses and midwives as key leaders in Africa’s evolving healthcare landscape.
