Sie Meng Lee

Sie Meng (she/her) is a junior doctor who graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. She is deeply passionate about global health governance, health equity, and sustainable development. She believes in the power of youth-led advocacy to drive systemic change in global health policies and health systems.

Previously, Sie Meng served IFMSA as Assistant to the Liaison Officer to the World Health Organization (2023-2024) and Academic Coordinator for Global Health Governance at the Youth Pre-World Health Assembly (2024–2025). In these positions, she fostered meaningful youth participation in global health diplomacy and multilateral decision-making, and did so at the national level as Coordinator of the Dutch WHO Youth Delegate Programme (2021–2024). Lastly, she has held various positions on local, national, and global levels, focusing on institutional sustainability and youth representation.
