Éctor Jaime Ramírez Barba

Federal Deputy, surgeon, public health specialist, researcher, and public policy leader. He holds doctorates in Health Sciences and Public Administration, and has served as Secretary of Health and Secretary of Social Development in Guanajuato.

A member of Mexico’s National System of Researchers (SNI), he is a five-time elected legislator by direct vote and currently serves as Federal Deputy for the 2024-2027 term and as UNITE Chapter Chair for Latin America and the Caribbean.
