Shunsuke Takagi

I am the chair of the Department of Critical Care Medicine at Yokohama City University Hospital and the head of the Tele-ICU Committee at the Japanese Society of Intensive Care Medicine.

I have trained in anesthesiology, emergency medicine, and intensive care in Japan, and completed clinical fellowships at the National Heart Center in Malaysia and Research audit at the Department of Intensive Care Medicine at Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney.

My current research interests include telemedicine, big data analysis, particularly using panel data, and face recognition with video data for ICU patients in acute care medicine.
