Adam Linder

Dr. Adam Linder is an associate professor and a specialist in Infectious Diseases with a position as a senior consultant at the Clinic for Infectious Diseases at Lund University Hospital, Sweden.
His research interest lies in epidemiology, early diagnostics, treatment and long-term outcomes of sepsis. He has initiated a translational research environment at Lund University https://www.sepsis.lu.se/. He has several international collaborative projects and has led two large international multicenter studies evaluating biomarkers for early sepsis identification in the ED. He has published papers on sepsis awareness and incidence in Sweden.
Also, he is the founder of a Swedish network for translational sepsis research and the Swedish Sepsis Trust (www.sepsisfonden.se) and is on the steering committee of the Swedish “Safe Sepsis” patient safety project.
